...NHBC Pride in the Job Awards
...Quality Award Winning Homes

Fraser Homes is celebrating after Sandown Manor Site Foreman, Stephen Orr, was announced as a winner in the prestigious National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards.

Stephen, who has worked for Fraser Homes for more than 8 years, has been assessed by the NHBC against 38 stringent criteria over a 12 month period to determine how he manages his site and the overall quality and finish of the new homes. As only 30 winners were shortlisted from more than 400 NI and Isle of Man site managers working on housing projects registered with NHBC, Sandown Manor has proved to be another exceptionally high quality development from Fraser Homes.

"I am delighted to receive this Pride in the Job Award,” said Stephen. “Recognition, as a result of this award, validates the hard work invested by our team at Sandown Manor. It also proves to our customers the quality and workmanship that Fraser Homes achieves."

Fraser Homes Managing Director, David Fraser said “This is a great result for Stephen and his team. His hard work and dedication to Sandown Manor is evident in the quality of the development. This award is thoroughly deserved and is a testament to our highly skilled teams working across our developments. We hope that Stephen will progress though to the regional event and then to the Supreme Awards gala final in January.”

Sandown Manor is the first over 55s development of its kind in Northern Ireland. Set in a three acre woodland estate close to Ballyhackamore, Sandown Manor is aims to provide security and independence for residents. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments, some with outside space. Patio and barbeque areas placed around the grounds set the scene for socialising and for developing a sense of community, as does the walking path around the perimeter of the development.

The Sandown Manor complex has proved to be incredibly popular in Northern Ireland. Block One, the most recent phase to be released, has only 19 apartments remaining.

Sandown Manor prices for one bedroom apartments start at £66,000, two bedroom apartment prices start at £118,000 and the remaining three bedroom apartment is currently on deposit at £395,000.
